We’re providing a cost effective way for our customers to receive their dry ice. You can now request delivery through the Uber app.
Here’s how:
- Click on the “Order Uber Delivery” link to view our Uber Delivery page for instructions.
- Click on the “Click Here To Start Uber Package Delivery” button to open the Uber app on your mobile device.
- Select Uber Connect
- Confirm pickup location and review delivery
- Select “I’m receiving”
- Confirm delivery by pressing the “Confirm Delivery” button.
All luges delivered in Uber require a custom box, thermal bubble wrap and dry ice. This protective packaging is $50.
When you order with Uber you can track your package in real time through the app.
Our luges are placed securely in the trunk of the vehicle.
Once your package arrives to your location, you can receive it from the trunk.
Frequently Asked Questions
HOW LONG WOULD AN ICE LUGE LAST AT MY EVENT?
At normal room temperature, between 4 to 6 hours, depending on exposures to various elements such as a direct sunlight, heat, touching, alcohol, and airflow.
WHAT KIND OF DRINKS CAN I POUR THROUGH AN ICE LUGE?
You’re options are endless. However, we do advise to avoid pouring blended drinks that can clog the luge up.
AFTER MY EVENT, WHAT DO I DO WITH THE REMAINING ICE AND THE EQUIPMENT?
You can disregard the remaining ice water to areas with adequate drainage. All provided items are disposable and recyclable.
